• Managing test engineering activities and test engineering resources for ADAS/AD integration applications across different vehicle platforms
• Responsibility for the definition and evaluation of test scopes and methods for verification and validation of the defined functional and performance objectives
• Planning and coordination of the test execution and product validation
• Definition of validation strategies and tools considering effectiveness and budget
• Evaluation and approval of the supplier validation strategy, timing and tools
• Support of supplier sourcing and preparing the product card requirements to evaluate functional and performance objectives

Start Your Engine - Skills & Experience

• Technical/Engineering background with "Hands on mentality"
• Several years experience in the automotive sector
• At least 1-3 years of experience developing and launching ADAS/AD components and systems
• Experience in managing test engineering teams in a project or product development
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
